Our aim, quite simply, is to produce the best sauces you can buy in a jar.

We make over 75 products under 3 different brands: Stokes, Suffolk Mud and Staverton Ewe.

Stokes is a stylish brand, contemporarily packaged and with flavours in tune with the latest taste trends.
Suffolk Mud is a range of quintessentially English products, a selection of everyday luxuries.
Staverton Ewe is a range of sumptuous jams, marmalades and lemon curd, all with the maximum fruit content.

Every one of our products, irrespective of which brand they are in, are made using recipes, ingredients and processes as close as possible to those you would use at home. We have converted the old stable block of Rendlesham Hall into our bespoke production unit and have full HACCP implementation. We produce in batches, preferring to use traditional preparation and cooking methods and, of course, the finest ingredients: unrefined raw cane sugar, Italian tomatoes, Dead Sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and only Freedom Food free range eggs.

From the sourcing of our ingredients and packaging, through our production process and right on to delivery to our customers, we never compromise on quality or cut corners. Never.

We supply to fine food outlets, delicatessens and farm shops throughout the UK, and have recently started offering a limited range to selected supermarkets. We export our products to 25 countries across the world and also produce for a number of well-known specialist food manufacturers as well as producing an extensive range of our products for the food-service sector.
